This EP was recorded at Unicorn studios in Santa Monica in 1982. It was the first non Bad Religion release for Epitaph Records. The band at the time were proteges of TSOL. When the EP was released, the song Urban Struggle quickly achieved high rotation on KROQ in Los Angeles and a few other stations around the country, which was really unusual for a sloppy punk band from Huntington Beach.

Credit goes to Jay Bentley of Bad Religion for discovering the band and signing them to Epitaph which at the time was owned by all members of B.R

Now digitally Re-Mastered by Michael Hateley, this punk rock classic sounds better then ever, and is on vinyl as it was originally intended to be!
